Quantum Wiip 13-B

This is the second part of strip 13, and I think I am breaking it up into 2 strips (not sure yet) because I really want every 14 strips to be the end of a chapter. Not really sure why I would do that since the comic is weekly, not daily... so it would make sense to do it in multiples of 4 right? Meh.

Anyway, tried something new, to practice doing that sort of coloring and such for backgrounds (even though this was NOT the background obviously... I FAIL XD)
